1. Add fresh raspberries, 3 tablespoons sugar, water to food processor.
2. Process until smooth. Scrape down sides of food processor as needed.
3. Pour sauce through fine-mesh strainer. Push through with spoon or spatula, if necessary.
4. Scoop ice cream into bowls.
5. Drizzle sauce over ice cream.
6. Dollop with whipped cream and sprinkle with nuts.
